DiveReplay - Support

DiveReplay turns any iPhone or iPad into a delayed-replay coach - record yourself, and DiveReplay plays back what just happened after a short delay you control.

Quick start

  1. Prop up your device where it can see you and set your delay.
  2. Start recording. Every attempt is buffered on your device as you go.
  3. After your delay, DiveReplay shows you exactly what you just did - review it, then keep recording.
  4. Optional: pair a second nearby device as a Viewer so someone can watch the delayed feed while the first device keeps recording.

Pairing a second device (Viewer mode)

DiveReplay's two-device mode uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity to link the two devices directly over a local peer-to-peer link (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) - there's no need for a Wi-Fi network or internet connection, and no video is sent to any server.

  1. Open DiveReplay on both devices and bring them near each other.
  2. On the recording device, choose to start a Viewer session.
  3. On the second device, choose to join as a Viewer and select the first device when it appears.
  4. Once connected, the Viewer shows the delayed video streamed directly from the recording device.

Free vs Pro

Free gives you 480p recording, a fixed 30 second delay, and unrestricted, near-live use of the two-device Viewer peek.

DiveReplay Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks 720p/1080p recording, an adjustable delay from 4 to 120 seconds, and Save to Photos.

Restore Purchases

If you've already bought DiveReplay Pro and it's not unlocked on this device (for example after reinstalling the app or setting up a new device), open Settings inside DiveReplay and tap Restore Purchases. This restores your purchase using your Apple ID at no extra cost.

Privacy

Recording and playback happen on your device, and Viewer mode connects directly to a nearby device with no internet required. See the privacy policy.
